In wire harness and cable assemblies there are many popular use brand of Connector and terminals, final lead time depends on 3factors:
a. the OEM connector or terminals vendor lead time, 3-5days
b. if cable has special charactors like impedence, will spend 7-12days for cable extrusion
c. does your peoject need to be overmolding, if we can't find out similar molding tools, molds build will spend 7-12days
So, in case everything goes smoothly , current samples can finalize in 3days otherwise maybe 12-15days
6) How to identify the Correct manufacturer of wire harness ?

If a visiting face to face conference is not available we have some suggestions:
a. Quotation speed, if the supplier quote fast , it's reliable
b. Quick Drawings building will proof they have their own engineers
c. They have similar harness pictures done before
